Introducing our first single origin medium roast from the Hoja Blanca growing region in Guatemala.
The Red Bourbon beans (cultivars) we use are grown in rich soil conditions by Juan Villatoro. Juan and his family have been producing quality coffee for more than three generations and consistently place in the top ten in the country's "cup of excellence" awards.
This coffee is excellent to drink black, or with cream using either a drip machine, french press or pour over. It makes such a good, fulfilling cup that it's even enjoyed occasionally by die hard dark roast lovers.
